Just to get this started ...
Okay, I'm introducing a new rule to encourage voting. If you enter the contest, and don't vote, then you lose 3 points off your points total.
I will also confirm by PM to all those who send in their votes.
Right, just waiting for Obie to choose a theme ... in the meantime, we may as well just have scantily clad avatars!! *whistles innocently*

I'm gonna test your imagination with this one.
Simply pick your favourite FWFR, which could be one of your own, or someone else's.
Then find a picture that suitably depicts that review and bingo, you have your avatar.
I was going to choose my own Supergirl, "It is a bird" review, and place a suitably scantily clad female as my avatar, but thought more wisely! Hey, people may even get a few votes out of this!
I have chosen Mguyx's Kramer vs. Kramer "I bet Kramer wins" as mine.

The hardest part is finding a picture to match. After much deliberation I've gone with the Titanic's Selfish bitch hogs float by Mark B.
I found a bitch dressed only in a lab coat.
